The Village of White Pigeon, Michigan, located in St. Joseph County, is soliciting sealed proposals for the construction of its Water System Improvement Project Phase III. This project is expected to be funded by a Michigan EGLE C2R2 Grant and the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The scope of work includes the installation of approximately 6,700 linear feet of water main, reconnection of water mains to the existing distribution network, pressure testing and disinfection of new water mains, installation of approximately 16 fire hydrant assemblies, and the reconnection of 21 residential water services. Bids are due by 2:30 PM local time on May 5th, 2026, at the Village of White Pigeon Office, 103 S Kalamazoo Street, White Pigeon, MI 49099. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on April 17th, 2026, at 2:30 PM local time at the same location. Wage rates will be based on the Federal Davis-Bacon wage scale.
