Frisco Independent School District (FISD) is issuing an extended open Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit qualified vendors for technology equipment, software, services, and related items. This RFP aims to procure a broad spectrum of technology solutions, including hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, audiovisual equipment, and instructional technology, to support student learning and operational efficiency. FISD emphasizes that this RFP excludes printing and promotional items, afterschool programs, tutoring services, staffing and temporary labor, and maintenance and operations. Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals for categories within their expertise. Multiple vendors will be selected in phases, with proposals evaluated upon receipt. The District may establish a competitive range for acceptable proposals. Purchases will be made via approved purchase orders, and vendors must adhere to FISD's Standard Attributes, Certifications, and Terms & Conditions, as deviations may lead to disqualification. The qualification, once approved, will be in effect for an identified term with the possibility of four (4) one-year automatic renewals, concluding by May 11, 2032.
