Electrical Services for City of Rochester

The City of Rochester intends to establish a contract for the maintenance, installation, and repair of electrical services across various city-owned, rented, or leased buildings. This contract will primarily serve the Bureau of Parks, the Rochester Public Library, and the Building Services Division, but other departments may also utilize its services. The contract is for a one-year term with the option to extend for up to three additional years. Work may include small and large projects, inside and outside of buildings, and in facilities located outside, such as parks. Examples of work include repairing lighting fixtures, installing power panels, redesigning electric circuits, and installing/repairing high voltage cable and fiber optic service for electrical systems.
