Full-Service Event Production Services at Fair Park

The City of Dallas Park and Recreation Department is seeking proposals to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) agreement for full-service, turnkey event production services at Fair Park. This agreement will span three years with one two-year renewal option. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise required to support a diverse range of events across Fair Park's indoor and outdoor venues. Key requirements include customer service excellence, reliability, and the capacity to manage multiple events simultaneously.
