City of Eugene Legal Services RFI

The City of Eugene is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to establish a pool of qualified contractors to provide legal services. Offerors must be licensed attorneys or law firms by the Oregon State Bar. When a need for services or a specific project arises, the City will review the qualifications of the providers accepted into the Established Pool. If an appropriate provider is available, the City may enter into a contract with a participant at that time.
