Spare Parts for MH-65E Aircraft Seats

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract for spare parts for the pilot, co-pilot, and mechanic seats on the MH-65E Aircraft. This requirement is being solicited on a sole-source basis from BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P. (BAE), the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). All parts must be new, approved, and airworthy, meeting Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines. Offerors must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) and complete traceability to the OEM. Alternate or substitute parts will not be considered. The contract will have a one-year base period with up to four one-year option periods, not to exceed five years in total. Offers are now due by June 16, 2026.
