Preventive Maintenance, Service Contracts, and Repairs for Medical Equipment

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health is seeking vendors to service, certify, calibrate, maintain, and repair a variety of medical and related equipment at various sites across the Commonwealth. Services will primarily be on a time and materials basis, with the possibility of establishing maintenance agreements. Vendors must have manufacturer-certified technicians for the equipment they service. The contract will be a master agreement, creating a qualified list of vendors, but does not guarantee work. Other agencies within the Executive Office of Health and Human Services may also utilize this RFR. The contract is expected to have an initial duration of up to 5 years with one 5-year renewal option, with a final end date of June 30, 2031.
