Dialysis Equipment and Related Items

Stony Brook University Hospital intends to procure dialysis equipment and related items. Vendors who believe they can provide equivalent products are invited to contact Richard Frenger in the Purchasing Department for a copy of the solicitation or to discuss the opportunity prior to the due date. If offering an alternate brand, vendors must provide the alternate brand name, catalog/part number, and detailed characteristics for evaluation. Failure to submit this information before the closing date may disqualify the vendor. If equivalent equipment is offered, vendors must be prepared to provide supporting documentation, software, transportation, setup, removal, and equipment for demonstration and trial at no cost if requested. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §§ 139 j&k (Lobbying Law), and all questions and requests for information must be submitted via email to the contact listed below. Failure to comply may result in no contract or debarment. The successful contractor will be required to submit valid NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms, and complete documents related to NYS Finance Law §§ 139 j&k and Public Officers Law.
