Architectural and Engineering Design Services for Army Fitness Test Cover

The Arkansas Department of the Military is soliciting responses from qualified consultants to provide professional architectural and engineering design services for the construction of a new Army Fitness Test Cover. This facility will be located on Camp Joseph T. Robinson in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The project involves the design of an approximately 45,000 square foot Army Fitness Test Cover, including the structural metal structure, metal roof covering, concrete footings and foundation, site drainage, and any necessary utility requirements. The selected firm will be responsible for ensuring the design complies with all applicable local, state, and federal building codes, as well as Public Laws 90-480 and 900-400.
