Highway 99 Chip Seal and Roadway Striping Project

The City of Phoenix, Oregon, through its Public Works Department, is soliciting bids for the Highway 99 Chip Seal and Roadway Striping project. The scope of work includes removing existing striping and installing new striping, performing chip sealing, removing and reinstalling signage, managing traffic control, and conducting construction surveying. Bids must be submitted in person to the Government and Public Safety Building, 112 W. 2nd Street, Phoenix, Oregon, by 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on June 16, 2026. Proposals received after this time will not be considered. Plans and specifications are available for download from www.questcdn.com starting May 22, 2026, for a non-refundable fee of $22.00. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit of at least five percent (5%) of the bid amount in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond, made payable to the City of Phoenix. Bidders must be prequalified with the City of Medford or the Oregon Department of Transportation to be eligible for award. The City of Phoenix reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities.
