Elevator Maintenance Services for Oklahoma State University Campuses

Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences (OSU-CHS) is requesting proposals for comprehensive, full-service elevator maintenance. This contract will cover all labor, materials, testing, tools, and equipment necessary for the elevators located at the OSU-Tulsa and OSU Center for Health Sciences campuses. The scope of work includes monthly preventative maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, repairs, and replacement of parts as needed. Emergency call-back service is also included, with a guaranteed response time of one hour or less, 24/7. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. Pricing may be adjusted annually based on the Consumer Price Index or a maximum of 5% of the overall contract value.
