Electrical Services for Idaho National Laboratory Properties

Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA), the Management & Operating Contractor for Idaho National Laboratory (INL) for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors. The services required are for SCLS-covered electrical work at BEA-managed properties. This includes preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, installation/modification of existing systems (not covered by Davis Bacon Act), Lockout Tagout support, and third-party management for specialized electrical needs. Selected vendors will be expected to provide qualified and licensed Journeyman Electricians, adhere to INL safety protocols, maintain accurate records, coordinate schedules, supply necessary tools and equipment, and offer 24/7 support for emergent needs. Approximately 12 Full-Time Journeyman Electricians will be required. This EOI is the initial step to identify interested vendors and may inform a future Request for Proposal (RFP) list. Vendors must submit their company name, point of contact, a description of their electrical maintenance capabilities, relevant experience, NAICS codes, business size classification, safety information, technical qualifications, and capacity. The deadline for submission is June 1, 2026.
