Tanglewilde 600 Mainline Replacement Project 2

Thurston PUD is soliciting bids for the Tanglewilde 600 Mainline Replacement Project 2. This project involves the replacement of approximately 12,000 linear feet of mainline, including all associated valves, hydrants, service laterals, and meter boxes. The estimated cost for this project is $4,364,000. Contract documents can be obtained by contacting pudplanning@thurstonpud.org at no cost. Bidders are required to submit a certified or bank cashier's check for 5 percent of the bid amount, or a bid bond from a licensed bonding company, payable to Thurston PUD. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids that are incomplete, irregular, or lack the required bid security or data. All contractors and subcontractors must be licensed in the State of Washington. This project is funded through the Washington State Public Works Board Loan program, and all PWB requirements and provisions must be met. An optional pre-bid conference will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 945 Neil St NE, Olympia, WA 98516. Representatives from Thurston PUD will be present to discuss the project.
