Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Solution

Tarrant County is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive and unified Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The desired solution must be a natively built platform offering integrated capabilities for HR, compensation, benefit management, payroll, timekeeping, talent management, and workforce administration, without requiring external or third-party systems for core functions. The contract will be for an initial twenty-four (24) month period, commencing from the date of award or notice to proceed. Prices must remain firm for the entire duration of the contract. Tarrant County also reserves the right to renew the contract for up to three (3) additional twelve (12) month periods, subject to mutual agreement and the vendor's submission of updated required documents within thirty (30) calendar days prior to the start of each option period.
