Student Enrichment Services, Expanded Learning Services, and Teacher Professional Development

The Newark Board of Education in the County of Essex is soliciting proposals for Student Enrichment Services, Expanded Learning Services, and Teacher Professional Development. Proposals are due by 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday, May 29, 2026, and must be submitted electronically via the https://npssourcing.com/ platform. Registration instructions are available on the Newark Board of Education website starting Friday, May 8, 2026. A virtual pre-submission meeting will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST to review document completion and the electronic submission process. Award of the contract will be supported by federal funds. Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
