High School Marching Band Show Writing Services and Supplies

Brazosport Independent School District is soliciting proposals for comprehensive high school marching band show writing services and supplies. This includes, but is not limited to, choreography for band and color guard, costume design, set materials and prop production, sound design, music and percussion arrangements, and marching design services. Additionally, vendors are expected to provide marching band supplies and equipment from their latest catalog. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the IONWAVE Technologies website no later than June 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. No questions will be answered by phone or email. The proposal response deadline is June 11, 2026, at 9:00 AM CT. A tentative board approval date is set for August 4, 2026.
