Region 4 ESC is soliciting proposals for automotive and large vehicle solutions, parts, supplies, and services. This is an online Request for Proposal (RFP), and all submissions must be made through Region 4 ESC's online procurement system at region4esc.ionwave.net. Manual, emailed, or faxed proposals will not be accepted. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held via ZOOM on Wednesday, April 14, 2026, at 10:00 am CST.
