Pre-Owned Portable Generator

The Town of Kirkwood, New York is soliciting sealed bids for a pre-owned portable generator. Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk's Office at 70 Crescent Drive, Kirkwood, New York 13795, by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. The successful bidder must provide clean title and deliver the generator to the Town of Kirkwood Highway Garage within 14 days of the Notice of Award. Payment will be made within 30 days after successful site acceptance tests. Bidders must clearly state any alternates, substitutions, or deviations from the minimum specifications. All warranties pertaining to the generator must be submitted with the bid. Each bid must be binding for sixty (60) days following the bid opening. Bidders are also required to submit a Non-Collusive Bid Certificate and an Iranian Energy Sector Divestment Certification. Bids will be evaluated based on price, proposal completeness, and best value. The Town reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, and to permit withdrawal of bids prior to the opening.
