The Embassy of the United States in Rome, Italy is seeking professional decoration services for an outdoor event to be held during the summer. The scope of work includes the design, provision, and installation of decorations. This will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting an offer. Electronic submissions are permitted and should not exceed 25MB per email.
