Concrete Services for Chugiak-Birchwood-Eagle River Rural Road Service Area

The Municipality of Anchorage is soliciting bids for concrete construction services within the Chugiak-Birchwood-Eagle River Rural Road Service Area (CBERRRSA). This project includes the as-needed installation of Portland Cement Concrete, curb and gutter, and curb ramps. The estimated quantity for concrete curb and gutter is 7,200 linear feet, and the Administrator reserves the right to vary this quantity without changing the unit price bid. The contract term will be from the date of execution through December 31, 2026, with services typically performed between June 1, 2026, and October 15, 2026. Bids are due by 4 PM local time on June 4, 2026. Electronic bids will not be accepted; paper bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the MOA Purchasing Department.
