Tank Integrity Testing Services

The Passaic Valley Water Commission is soliciting sealed bids for Contract 26-B-10, a re-bid for tank integrity testing services. This contract requires the integrity testing of chemical tanks of various sizes and materials in accordance with appropriate standards and regulations. Submissions must use the standardized forms provided without modification. Bidders must comply with New Jersey state laws, including the Local Public Contracts Law, Ownership Disclosure Notice, and Affirmative Action Requirements. Questions regarding bid documents must be submitted by Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. to the project representative listed in the bid documents. The successful bidder will be required to comply with prevailing local minimum wage rates as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor.
