]Prequalification For Recruiting Services
Civida requires recruitment services to provide qualified candidates for a variety of temporary, permanent, and executive roles across various business disciplines. The term of this Request for Prequalification (RPQ) will be for a period of five (5) years with an approximate commencement date of June 29, 2026. Civida will consider new applications and refresh the Pre-qualified Supplier Roster on an annual basis. The primary objective of this RPQ and the subsequent Roster Competitions is to minimize recruitment time, and it is paramount that Civida partners with suppliers that have established personnel capable of meeting tight timelines. The recruitment services will be administered by Civida's People and Culture department. Respondents shall select one or more categories they are bidding for eligibility of pre-qualification: Temporary Recruitment (non-employee contract staffing), Permanent Full-Time Recruitment (employee search services), and Executive Recruitment (senior leadership and executive-level permanent roles). Business disciplines that may require recruitment services include, but are not limited to, Executive, Information Technology, Finance/Supply Chain, Operations/Specialty Fields, Human Resources, Communications/Marketing, Policy/Strategic Planning, and General Administration.
