The U.S. Embassy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a production partner to create television content that highlights the academic and athletic experiences of six Malaysian football students participating in an exchange program in the United States. The goal is to produce engaging television content culminating in a broadcast on a designated TV station. Services include pre-production (planning, coordination, storyboarding), post-production (editing, graphics, subtitles), broadcast coordination with a TV station, and reporting. All materials must include appropriate U.S. Embassy and Freedom 250 branding, and all intellectual property produced will become the property of the U.S. Embassy. The performance period for this contract is July 2026 to September 2026.
