Beverage Vending Machines for Non-Student Areas

The School Board of Brevard County, Florida is soliciting bids for beverage vending machines to be exclusively placed in teacher lounges and other authorized non-student areas. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing, installing, operating, servicing, and maintaining these vending machines on an as-needed basis. Key services include stocking machines with a variety of carbonated and non-carbonated beverages, ensuring a minimum daily fill rate of 75%, and maintaining machines in good working order. The vendor will also be responsible for all costs associated with installation, removal, relocation, servicing, and repair. Machines placed under this contract must not be accessible to students, and all product pricing will be at the vendor's discretion, subject to annual review after the first year. Commission rates are to be submitted with the bid response.
