2026 PJM Request for Proposals for Capacity or Capacity and Energy

PSEG Long Island, acting on behalf of the Long Island Power Authority, has cancelled its previous 2025 PJM Request for Proposals (RFP). A new solicitation, the 2026 PJM Request for Proposals, has been issued to acquire capacity or capacity and energy. The generating facilities must be located in specified zones within the PJM Control Area and will be awarded a 10-year contract term. There are no set-aside goals for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB), Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE), or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) for this solicitation.
