Custom Clothing for EPIC6 Cooperative Members

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is soliciting proposals for custom clothing items to be provided on an "as needed" basis. This Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation is intended to establish agreements that EPIC6 members and future members can utilize for their procurement needs. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. Offerors are expected to supply a range of custom clothing, including but not limited to imprinted, screen printed, or embroidered t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, outerwear, and letter jackets. Awards will be made on a multi-vendor basis to responsive and responsible proposals that meet the minimum evaluation score of 70 points, considering factors such as price, availability, and delivery. Awarded vendors will be designated as "approved vendors" and must extend contract pricing and terms to all EPIC6 members.
