Dental Services for Residents with Developmental Disabilities

The State of Arkansas, Department of Human Services is seeking bids to provide dental services for developmentally disabled individuals residing at the Booneville Human Development Center (BHDC). The BHDC is a 24-hour facility serving individuals with intellectual disabilities. The services required include preventive, diagnostic, restorative, and emergency dental care. The contract will be awarded to a single contractor based on the lowest bid that meets the requirements. The initial term of the contract will be one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to six additional one-year terms, not to exceed a total aggregate contract term of seven consecutive years.
