Affordable Housing Development Partnership

The McAllen Housing Facility Corporation (MHFC), a non-profit instrumentality of the Housing Commission of the McAllen Housing Commission (McHC), is issuing a rolling Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) to identify qualified individuals and/or firms interested in partnering on affordable housing developments. This partnership will leverage Low Income Housing Tax Credits and other financing mechanisms to achieve its development goals. The solicitation is open for one year, indicating an ongoing need for development expertise.
