OEM Fluid Handling Channel Casting

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, specifically channel castings for heat exchanger parts. The United States Navy intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to FLUID HANDLING LLC/XYLEM under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). This decision is based on the proprietary nature of the part and the need for compatibility with existing systems, as other manufacturers' products do not fit and function correctly.
