Roofing Services Master Contract

Rochester Community and Technical College is seeking a qualified contractor to enter into a Maintenance/Service Master Contract. This contract will cover all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete miscellaneous roofing jobs as determined by the College's Building Services Supervisor. The anticipated work awarded through the contract is between $0.00 and $50,000.00. The master contract is expected to be effective July 1, 2026, or upon the final signature date, and will run through June 30, 2029, or until the $50,000.00 limit is reached, whichever occurs first.
