Windsor High School Roof Replacement Project

Weld RE-4 School District is soliciting proposals from qualified roofing contractors for the reroofing of sections of Windsor High School. The project includes the replacement of roofing sections 21 & 22 (ballasted EPDM), with alternates for sections 14, 13, and 9, as well as a wall-mounted ladder and a metal crossover step. The scope of work involves providing all labor, materials, and equipment in accordance with detailed technical specifications and drawings. The project requires contractors to have experience in similar K-12 roofing projects and to submit a detailed business profile, qualifications of key staff, references, a proposed project schedule, safety rating, financial information, and proof of insurance and bondability. The District has established a budget of $447,000 for this project, with a preference for the project to be completed between June 22nd and August 10th, 2026.
