Specialty Legal Services

Pinal County is soliciting proposals for Specialty Legal Services through a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) process. Vendors are invited to submit their proposals via Pinal County's web portal, Bonfire. The submission deadline is Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Arizona Time. Proposals will be publicly opened at 2:05 P.M. Arizona Time on the same day. Late submissions will not be considered. Interested parties can obtain the proposal package and submit their proposals through the Bonfire portal at https://pinalcountyaz.bonfirehub.com/opportunities. The Pinal County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any part of any or all proposals.
