This opportunity is for the application of hot mix asphalt to roadways across multiple towns within Franklin, Hampshire, Hampden, Berkshire, and Worcester Counties, Massachusetts, for Fiscal Year 2027. The project is eligible for the CH 90 program and requires adherence to prevailing wages. MassDOT prequalification is also applicable.
