Cowan Road Re-Paving Project

Ivy Tech Community College is soliciting bids for selective asphalt patching, resurfacing, and restriping of the existing parking area at the Cowan Road Advanced Technology Center. The project will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The scope of work includes milling and excavating existing asphalt areas, applying a tack coat, and then furnishing, placing, and compacting hot asphaltic concrete binder course and surface course. The entire area will be re-striped to match existing spaces and hatching. Bids must be uploaded to the Ivy Tech Community College Workday Strategic Sourcing portal by 2:00 P.M. EST on Thursday, June 18, 2026. A pre-bid walk-through and meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 10 A.M. EST at the construction site located at 4101 S. Cowan Rd., Muncie, IN 47302. Bids will be opened and read aloud via Zoom Meeting at 2:30 P.M. EST on Thursday, June 18, 2026.
