Description
The National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS) intends to solicit applications for resource-based centers. These centers will provide critical research infrastructure, shared facilities, services, and resources to groups of investigators conducting research on bone, muscle, and orthopaedic conditions. The goal is to accelerate and enhance basic, translational, and clinical research within the NIAMS mission. This is a notice to allow potential applicants time to develop collaborations and responsive projects. Investigators with expertise in bone, muscle, and orthopaedic research are encouraged to consider applying. Collaborative investigations combining expertise in these areas will also be encouraged.
