New Road and Bridge Building Project

DeKalb County is soliciting bids for a new road and bridge building project. The project includes the engineering and construction of a 60-foot long by 50-foot wide by 15-foot 6-inch clear span building on concrete foundations. The building will feature a reinforced concrete floor, three insulated roll-up doors, two man doors, LED lighting, electrical service, drain lines, frost-proof hydrants, floor trench drains, and an exterior reinforced concrete apron slab with miscellaneous appurtenances. The siding and roof will be corrugated metal. An add alternate includes insulation and corrugated metal liners for the roof and walls. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum and unit price basis.
