Medical Equipment Rentals - Short Term

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) is seeking to establish a contract for short-term (less than 6 months) medical equipment rentals. This Master Agreement will create a pool of pre-qualified vendors from which Massachusetts DPH medical facilities can rent patient-related medical equipment on an as-needed basis. The equipment will be used during medical procedures and treatments for which an outright purchase would not be in the best interest of the Commonwealth. New vendors and rental agreements may be added at any time during the life of the contract. Specialized supplies specifically required by certain equipment, such as disposable patient contact items, may also be purchased under this contract.
