Springfield Fire Department Mobile Crisis Response Program

The City of Springfield and Sangamon County are soliciting sealed competitive proposals for the Springfield Fire Department's Mobile Crisis Response Program (MCR). This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to secure services for this critical program. Proposals can be submitted electronically through the City of Springfield Vendor Bid Portal or via mail courier to the Office of Budget and Management Purchasing Department. The deadline for submission is June 18, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Proposals will be opened publicly on the same date and time in Room 200 of the Municipal Center West. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received. Proposal documents are available for download from the City of Springfield's website and can also be obtained from the City Purchasing Department. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Certified Female and Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
