Description

The State of Rhode Island, through its Department of Labor and Training (RIDLT), is seeking an experienced evaluation partner to conduct a rigorous, independent evaluation of its statewide Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) program. The evaluation will focus on providing evidence of a causal relationship between program activities and outcomes, specifically reemployment rates and median earnings. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing and implementing an evaluation that includes an impact evaluation (using a Randomized Controlled Trial or Quasi-Experimental Design), subgroup analysis, and reporting of findings to stakeholders. The contract will have an initial 12-month period, with potential for two additional 12-month renewals.
