Investigator for Broomfield Discrimination Ordinance Management and Enforcement

The City and County of Broomfield, through the Rocky Mountain Purchasing Group, is seeking qualified individuals or firms to serve as an investigator to administer and enforce a new discrimination ordinance. This ordinance prohibits discrimination in housing, employment, and public accommodations, as well as retaliation and interference. The investigator will be responsible for intake, investigation, probable cause determinations, and supporting administrative hearings. The anticipated caseload is low, with a program budget of $50,000 for the 2026 period. Services are expected to be performed remotely, with occasional on-site visits as needed.
