Fabrication of Navy Damage Control Box and Plate Patches

The Department of the Navy is seeking quotes for the fabrication and delivery of Box Patches and Plate Patch Sets for TAO-211 and TAO-212. All items must be manufactured in strict accordance with NAVSEA drawings 804-5959236 and 804-5959239. The requirement includes three each of Box Patches (Assy-1, Assy-2, and Assy-3) and three complete sets of Plate Patch Sets for each vessel, along with shipping and freight charges. Deliverables must be packaged and consolidated separately for each vessel, clearly marked with the vessel name and corresponding CLIN number. This acquisition is subject to the Buy American Act and DFARS compliance, requiring domestic end products and a completed certification (DFARS 252.225-7000).
