Service Optimization Support Services for National Capital Region Military Health System

The National Capital Region (NCR) of the Military Health System requires dedicated contract support in three key areas: program management, business operations, and health service optimization. This support is crucial for standardizing processes, improving visibility into capabilities, and piloting innovative approaches to enhance clinical readiness, access, and quality. The NCR aims to identify workforce and clinical optimization strategies to continue delivering exceptional care despite resource constraints. The contractor will provide expert personnel including Organizational Development Practitioners, Program Managers, Project Managers, Statisticians (Data Scientists), Public Health/Human Performance Subject Matter Experts, and Business and Financial Operations Specialists. These professionals will support strategy development, governance optimization, performance metrics, data-driven analysis, and the implementation of initiatives to drive long-term cost savings and service optimization for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) within the NCR. The objective is to ensure streamlined operations and develop efficiencies for long-term cost savings and service optimization. The contractor will spearhead strategy development and execution, architect and optimize governance processes, design and implement robust performance metrics, and drive data-driven analysis to inform critical strategic decisions. This includes leading performance improvement initiatives and developing forward-looking strategic plans that incorporate emerging advancements to secure future readiness and healthcare excellence.
