Job Order Contract for Electrical Contractor Services

The County of San Diego is soliciting bids for a Job Order Contract (JOC) for C-10 Electrical Contractor services. This contract will be a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity contract for repair, remodeling, maintenance, or rehabilitation work on various County facilities. Ordering will be done through individual job orders. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. Bids will be evaluated based on a composite adjustment factor applied to unit prices found in the Simplebid TM Unit Price Book. Contractors must be prequalified and possess an active C-10 Electrical Contractor's license in California. The contract term is one year or until the maximum contract value of $2,500,000 is expended, whichever occurs first. The County anticipates awarding one contract to the lowest responsive, responsible offeror.
