2026 Street Resurfacing Program

The City of Englewood is soliciting bids for its "2026 Street Resurfacing Program." This project involves the resurfacing of residential streets, as identified in the attached map, using asphaltic concrete. Key activities include profile milling along the curb line to a depth of 1/4 inch above the curb, with a transition to 0 inches at the opposite end of the milling machine. Contractors will be responsible for all cleanup and sweeping costs. The project requires the successful contractor to have an independent laboratory evaluate and certify that the aggregate meets specifications. Final acceptance of the mix will be based on the laboratory's results and the City's observation of production and quality control operations.
