Onsite Phlebotomy Services for VA Medical Center in Houston, TX

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for onsite phlebotomy staffing services. The contractor shall provide approximately 33,280 phlebotomist hours per year, with the option to increase by an additional 11,050 hours, to support healthcare services for veteran beneficiaries at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas. Services will include providing experienced phlebotomists for both inpatient and outpatient settings, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including federal holidays. Phlebotomists must have at least two years of experience and be capable of performing routine and complex blood draws. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring continuous coverage, including immediate replacement for absences, and all personnel must meet required training and background check standards.
