Technical Consulting for Fiber Optic Negotiations on Tribal Lands

The Pueblo of Sandia is soliciting bids from experienced, technical consulting firms to assist with complex negotiations associated with fiber optic communications and conduit systems located on tribal lands. This assistance is required as part of a new grant of easement for right-of-way. This opportunity is a Request for Proposal (RFP). A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. MT via video conference.
