Purchase of a Portable Air Compressor

The City of Clermont is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of one new, unused, portable, trailer-mounted diesel rotary screw air compressor. The unit must be of current manufacture, meet or exceed the provided specifications, and include the manufacturer's standard warranty. The compressor should have a minimum air delivery capacity of 375 CFM and an operating pressure range of 100-150 PSI, designed for continuous commercial-duty operation. It must be powered by a diesel engine compliant with EPA Tier 4 Final emissions standards and feature a liquid-cooled system with automatic shutdown protection. The trailer must be heavy-duty, highway-towable, and equipped with DOT-compliant lighting and braking systems. The enclosure should be weather-resistant and lockable. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivery, setup, and providing operational and parts/service support, along with all necessary documentation. Delivery is to be F.O.B. Destination to the Public Services Department at 12824 Hancock Road, Clermont, FL 34711, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
