Canned Peaches for North Carolina Department of Adult Correction

The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is seeking competitive bids for the supply and delivery of canned peaches. These peaches will be stored at the NCDAC Central Supply Warehouse and used for incarcerated offenders. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option for two additional one-year renewals. The specifications require yellow, unsweetened, sliced peaches packed in their own juices or natural juice, in #10 cans, six per case. The product must be USDA Grade B, with a USDA Certificate of Quality and Condition accompanying each delivery. The pack season must be the latest available, and each container and case must be plainly labeled. A minimum drained weight of 66.5 ounces is required, and the product must have a minimum remaining shelf life of six months at the time of delivery. The delivery location is the NCDAC Central Warehouse at 200 Leagan Drive, Raleigh, NC 27603, with deliveries accepted Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET. Delivery must be completed within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days after receipt of a purchase order. The bid opening will be held on May 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET via Microsoft Teams.
