As-Needed Commercial Fencing Services

The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) is soliciting bids for as-needed commercial fencing services. This includes installation, repairs, and rentals for various EWEB departments. The resulting contract(s) are intended for smaller, individual projects estimated to be under $50,000.00 over a 5-year period. Bonds are not required for this bid or the resulting contract, but Prevailing Wage will apply. EWEB reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts. Bidders must meet minimum qualifications, including having been in business for commercial fencing for the last 5 years, the ability to respond the same day for services and provide services for non-emergency projects within four business days, and providing references for three commercial fencing projects. Compliance with BOLI and CCB requirements is also necessary.
