Montgomery County, Ohio is soliciting proposals for the procurement and installation of furnishings for the Administration Building 7th Floor Renovation Project. The scope of work includes providing various types of furniture such as task chairs, guest chairs, conference chairs, stools, desks (L-shaped, U-shaped, sit-stand), storage units, tables, workstations, and flat file cabinets. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivery and installation, including debris removal, and must provide a minimum one-year craftsman warranty on all products and workmanship. All installation personnel must pass a Sheriff-provided background check prior to commencing work. Deliveries must be made via the designated dock during standard business hours.
